How it works. It starts with one online meeting, your team and ours. That meeting is our Discovery Session, and we run it with you. First we get to know you. Then each area of your work where things are hard is taken through three questions: what wears you down, what we can do about it, and how we will know it worked. You then rank the areas by what matters most to you. We build a demo for the top one or two, agree what we need from you, and set when we meet again.
